What it does
Cleans up the voice
A speech-enhancement model rebuilds the voice at studio quality, pulling it clear of background noise, room echo and electrical hum.
Keeps the room, or drops it
By default the background stays, quieter, so the recording still feels like where it was made. Want the voice alone? Turn the background off.
Audio and video
Works on M4A audio and on MP4, MOV and M4V video. For video, the enhanced voice goes back into your original footage, picture untouched.
Several files at once
Choose a batch from Files or Photos and they are enhanced one after another. Preview the result before you keep it.
Saves where you expect
The enhanced file is saved next to the original, never overwriting it. Enhanced videos are also added to Photos, with add-only access, so the app cannot read your library.
Private by construction
ClarityME has no server to send a recording to, no account to create, no analytics, no tracking and no ads. The model that does the work is bundled inside the app and runs on your device — offline, in aeroplane mode, anywhere.
