The short version: ClarityME collects nothing. It has no servers, no accounts and no analytics. Nothing you record or enhance leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect, store, transmit or sell personal information, usage data, device identifiers, crash reports or advertising identifiers. We cannot hear what you enhance.

How your recordings are handled

Audio and video you choose are processed entirely on your device. The speech-enhancement model is bundled inside the app and runs locally. Temporary working files are kept in the app's own storage and deleted when the job finishes or is cancelled.

Enhanced files exist only where they are saved: next to the original, in the app's folder in Files, or in your photo library.

To count your free enhancements, the app keeps a small counter on your device. It never leaves the device.

Permissions the app asks for

Choosing a file uses Apple's system pickers, which hand the app only the files you pick. The app is never given access to the rest of your library or your files.

Purchases

The one-time unlock and the monthly subscription are in-app purchases handled entirely by Apple. Apple processes the payment; we receive Apple's aggregate sales reports and never see your name, payment details or any information that identifies you.

Third parties

There are none. No advertising networks, no analytics SDKs, no crash reporters, no third-party frameworks that phone home.

Children

The app is safe for all ages: since it collects no data, there is no personal information to collect from anyone, children included.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Any change that affected how data is handled would also require a new version of the app, reviewed by Apple.
